James founded Slate & Ivy in 2012 after 10 years as a qualified plumbing engineer. He oversees quality across all projects and handles complex commercial installations personally.
Anika manages scheduling, client communications, and compliance documentation. She ensures every client receives clear information and timely updates throughout their project.
Tom specialises in bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations, and leads our emergency response team. He holds City & Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing Engineering Services.
